Please read our rental policy carefully before placing your order.

Deposits: All orders require a 50 (fifty) percent deposit to reserve the order with the balance due in full 2 days prior to delivery. Delivery will not be made if the balance is not paid in advance. Exceptions are if you have an existing open credit / charge account with General Rental Center. If you are picking up the order the balance is due before the equipment is released to you.

Setup of tables and chairs: We will gladly provide this service for a charge provided that it is requested in advance. Delivery personnel are on a schedule and will not be able to provide this service on the spot. The rental rates and delivery charge do not include this service. Delivery is to the ground floor or back yard only within reasonable distance from the truck. Delivery above or below the ground floor must be requested before delivery with additional labor charges as well as delivery not during normal business hours. Tents, dance floor, and stages rental include set up / installation. Party Canopies do not include set up and there will be a fee charged for this service and again must be requested in advance. Set up of tables and chairs requires someone present to provide direction or we can use a drawing provided in advance but we will not be responsible for interpretation of the diagram, supervision is highly recommended. We do not provide table setting or tablecloth set up if this is needed please contact you caterer for this service. If you ordered set up of tables and chairs breakdown is included. I the equipment is not ready for pick up you will be charged for the breakdown at prevailing rate.
We will provide as much assistance as possible to make your event as stress free as we can however Please understand our delivery crews are on a schedule and unless extra services are requested in advance we may not be able to provide additional services on delivery.Delivery personnel are not authorized to add this service and cannot provide the additional charges or fees. Please request in advance any of these services.

Damage waiver is automatically added to all orders. If you wish to refuse the damage waiver please make this choice at the time of your reservation. Damage waiver does not cover you for theft, vandalism or misuse of the equipment only damages happening while the rental items are in your possession. All damaged items must be returned with your order, Do not throw away damaged items or they will be considered missing and full replacement charges will be due.

Overtime We charge for all time out of our location. Your due date and time is printed on the rental contract. If the equipment is not returned when due you may be charged for the overtime. Please return on time so that we can have it ready for the next customer that just may be you.
